The Network Support Specialist Diploma program will qualify grads to pursue positions such as Helpdesk Support, Technical Field Services Representative, PC Support Technician, IT Project Manager Desktop Support Technician, Desktop Deployment Specialist, Network Support Specialist or Network Support Technician.
Students who successfully complete this program will be eligible to write certification exams leading to the following designations: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA IT Project+, Cisco CCNA, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows 7.
