Ideal for more advanced skills, production welding and upgrading - 15.2 weeks
Welding classes include 4 CWB position license test or 2 TSSA license tests and consist of the following courses:
Oxy-Acetylene Fuel – 8 hours
Electric Arc (SMAW) – 184 hours
MIG – Mild Steel (GMAW) – 10 hours
TIG – Mild Steel (GTAW) – 10 hours
Elective course in MIG or TIG – 80 hours
Basic Blueprint Reading – 40 hours
General Welding Theory – 40 hours
Job Search – 8 hours
