They contributed to the #1 Billboard hits 'Beauty Behind The Madness' and 'Earned It' by The Weeknd; 'Roar by Katy Perry; 'Wrecking Ball' by Miley Cyrus; 'Sugar by Maroon 5; the soundtrack for 'Fifty Shades of Grey'; the music for the 'Mad Max' trailer; sound design for Ubisoft's 'Assassin's Creed Unity' and the sound mix for Orphan Black, Vikings & Silicon Valley.

Honours Grad James Porter manages Stephan Moccio who won 11 Grammy, Billboard, JUNO, MMVA, American Music, BET, iHeartRadio, Soul Train Awards and an OSCAR nomination with The Weeknd.

Henry 'Cirkut' Walter was nominated for the 'Jack Richardson Producer of the Year' JUNO Award and he ranked #3 in Billboard's 2015 Hot 100 Producers. Jack Richardson (1929-2011) taught at Harris for 14 years. Eric Ratz won consecutive JUNO Awards for 'Recording Engineer of the Year' in 2015 and 2014.

Mike Denney won the 'Record Company Person of the Year' CCMA for the last two years. His MDM Recordings won a 2nd consecutive 'Record Company of the Year' and MDM artist Jess Moskaluke won a 3rd consecutive 'Female Artist of the Year' at the 2016 CCMA Awards.

Marilee Yorston was nominated for Canadian Screen Awards for 'Best Sound in a Drama' and 'Best Sound in a Variety Program'. Kirk Lynds was nominated for 'Best Sound in a Drama'. Todd Beckett was nominated for the Emmy Award for 'Outstanding Sound Mixing' for HBO's Silicon Valley. Andrew Tay won consecutive CSAs for 'Achievement in Overall Sound' in 2015 and 2014. Lynds, Beckett and Yuri Gorbachow were nominated for 2016 Emmy Awards.

Harris Institute is the only school outside the US in Billboard Magazine's 'Top 11 Schools.' The college ranked #1 with A+ in the 2014 and 2013 'Media Arts Education Report' and it is the only private school "highly recommended" in the 2016 report.

An unprecedented partnership with the University of the West of Scotland offers students the opportunity to earn 2 diplomas and an MA in 32 months. The schools Arts Management Program is the only college program in North America to achieve seven 0% Student Loan Default Rates.
