    • Meeting with clients, attorneys and other professionals to discuss case and court details.
    • Preparing briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, court appeals, other legal documents etc.
    • Investigating and searching for facts, laws, public records and other resources to prepare for cases and determine causes of action.
    • Paralegals must be very organized to keep on top of all records and documents a lawyer and/or client generates.
