Barbers provide consultations to clients about hair care, advise them on new hair trends and styles, and also recommend additional treatments.

• Maintain a clean work station; sterilization of all tools including scissors, clippers, combs and any additional instruments.
• Engage clients and identify hair needs based on client’s expressed desires and hair type.
• Check clients for any distinguishable skin or scalp disorders such as abrasions, sores and determine required service or treatment.
